🇪🇺 Other EU countries: depends on weight and destination. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

🤎 Free shipping: on orders over € 125 within Belgium & the Netherlands.

Delivery time

We aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Your package is usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

The final delivery time depends on the carrier and may be slightly longer during busy periods.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code, so you can follow your MoonMe package. 📦🌙

Is a ordered product unexpectedly out of stock? Then we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Pick-up in Knokke 🤎

Do you live nearby or are you visiting the coast for the weekend? 🌊

You can also pick up your order for free.

Choose Pick-up in Knokke at checkout. As soon as your order is ready, we will let you know when you can collect it.

At MoonMe, we not only believe in slow wellness, we try to do business accordingly.

We consciously purchase in small quantities and prefer to choose thoughtful restocks over overstock.

Is your favorite product out of stock for a moment? Then it may sometimes take a little longer before it is available again. Many of our soulful finds are produced by smaller brands and makers, with attention to ingredients, quality, and process.

No endless inventory. No overconsumption.

Returns 🤍

Not quite what you expected? That can happen.

With an online purchase, you generally have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

After your notification, you then have 14 days to return the products.

Return conditions

🤍 Return products unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

🤍 For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal is broken after delivery.

🤍 The direct costs of returning are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered damaged, incorrectly, or defective.

How it works

1. Send an email to hello@moonme.be with your order number and let us know which products you would like to return.
2. You will receive the return information and the return address from us.
3. Pack the products carefully and send them back. We recommend choosing shipping with track & trace.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the products and refund the amounts due in accordance with the legal rules regarding the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or incorrect product? 📦

Did something go wrong during shipping or did you receive the wrong product?

Send us an email as soon as possible via hello@moonme.be, preferably with your order number and a few photos of the product and the packaging.

Then we will look for a suitable solution together. 🤎
