verstuiven: voeg een paar druppels (± 4/100ml water) toe aan een aroma diffuser, of doe een paar druppels op een watten schijfje of viltje en leg het in een lade of kast.
palm cupping: Doe een druppel in je handpalm, wrijf je handen tegen elkaar, omsluit de handpalmen en breng het aroma naar je neus voor een onmiddellijk effect.
huid: voeg een paar druppels toe aan een draagolie en masseer in de huid. Onverdunde oliën niet rechtstreeks op de huid aanbrengen.
Buiten bereik van kinderen bewaren. Alleen voor uitwendig gebruik. Citrusoliën aanwezig, vermijd contact met direct zonlicht tijdens gebruik. Niet gebruiken tijdens zwangerschap of borstvoeding.
